Web Client

• NEW: Brand new Secure Mobile Client, with different versions for (1) iPhones, (2) pre Blackberry Curve, (3) post Blackberry Curve, (4) Windows Mobile and (5) catch-all interface. With this newly designed interface, the Mobile Client now supports the Delivery Slip, Recall Message, and can remain logged in for 14 days without having to re-enter your credentials every time you read a secure message. Of course this 14 day session can be terminated through the Mobile section of the regular Web Client is the device is lost, resulting in a device that has no locally stored confidential content (for maximum security). The email2 platform is one of few secure e-mail solutions that offers true security for Smartphones.
• NEW: 'Upgrade Package' feature now prompts the member out of invites, messages or any other restriction with a window where they can request a package Upgrade. This functionality supports custom messages per Package + a custom link passing the member email address if the provisioning is occuring on a third party system (through our published API)
• NEW: "Request Additional Invites' feature whereby a member out of 'friends' invites can request more. This functionality supports custom messages per Package + a custom link passing the member email address if the provisioning is occuring on a third party system (through our published API)
• NEW: Invitation count is now displayed in brackets next to the 'Invite' feature
• IMPROVEMENT: Renamed (top left) 'Compose email2' to 'Compose', 'Check email2' to 'Check New', Invite Friends' to 'Invite'. These three action links are also now customizable (custom name) per Package (e.g. change 'Compose' to 'Contact Doctor', etc.)
• IMPROVEMENT: Renamed the buttons under Attachment Library and Members Tabs from 'New email2' to 'Compose'
• IMPROVEMENT: Renamed 'Friends Invites' to 'Invites' under Account Settings
• IMPROVEMENT: 'Contacts' tab renamed to 'Members' tab. Due to many users confusing the 'Contacts' Tab's functionality with an address book, we renamed the tab to 'Members', renamed the list to 'Member List' and explicitely added additional instructions explaining the purpose of this functionality. There is no need to import an address book into the Web Client as it is not used for basic e-mail communications
• IMPROVEMENT: Renamed the status of Members to 'Enabled' instead of 'Active'. 'Active' now refers to the the member type for billing purposes
• IMPROVEMENT: Removed the 'Beta' tag to Attachment Library and Members tabs
• IMPROVEMENT: Removed default email2 videos at registration screen. Now changed to a custom Advertising section editable per PEN
• IMPROVEMENT: 'Invites' left now updated real time and displayed under 'Account Settings'
• IMPROVEMENT: Under Account Settings, the 'More' link did not convert to 'Less' in order to collapse the additional information fields

Outlook Toolbar

• NEW: Invite button: the Outlook Toolbar now supports inviting new members directly with a new button located before the 'Tools' button. This invite feature is not mandatory of course, new members are automatically invited when they are sent a new secure message
• NEW: Video Display: Fixed a display issue with the video module for screens that have large fonts or different DPI settings

PEN Console

• IMPROVEMENT: Change the template format label from 'HTML' to 'HTML Multipart'. Choosing this method for sending out templates sends both in text and html format and let's the e-mail client receiving the messages notifications convert into the preferred format
• IMPROVEMENT: Permissions changes for guest type members to be able to communicate with everyone in their Member's list but still have a custom 'Compose' button with a pre-filled e-mail address but non-restrictive (e.g can be changed by the member)
